During a stretch of nice winter weather I wandered out into the wilderness and spent a couple of days camping. I enjoyed a simple tarp camp and wool blanket bedroll paired with a bright fire that offered a pleasant sleep despite the cold temperatures. My goal with this trip was to relax and enjoy myself so I spent a good deal of time making delicious meals over the open fire trying a variety of recipes. All in all this was an excellent trip in the outdoors.
