Trio Wings Recipe:
1kg Chicken Wings per sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Course Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Sticky Bourbon BBQ Sauce:
150ml Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
100ml Apple Cider Vinegar
100ml Good Quality Bourbon (Buffalo Trace)
4 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Paprika
1 tbsp Butter
Hot Wings:
1/4 cup (70ml) Good Quality Hot Sauce (e.g. Habanero/Ghost Pepper) – Mix It Up!
2 tbsp Honey
4 tbsp Butter
Blue Cheese Dressing:
100g Blue Cheese (Gorgonzola)
150ml Sour Cream
50g Tangy Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice (1/2 a Lemon)
Hoison Glaze:
1/4 cup (70ml) Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
2 tsp Freshly Crushed Garlic (+- 2 Medium Cloves)
1 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
1 tsp Chinese 5-spice Powder
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Garnish:
Spring Onions (Finely Sliced)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
