
Whole Hog cinder block Pit π₯π
Epic cook at the @porterroad processing facilities in Princeton Kentucky.

We cooked the pig together with my friend @madscientistbbq and our host @jamesthebutcher .
The 190lb beast took over 9hs to cook in the cinder block pit. We cooked it all the way skin side down (it was to big to flip) , we ran the pit at 275f using post oak, hickory and @royaloakcharcoal lump charcoal.
We seasoned with my @alfrugoni TX.SP and a thick layer of @porterroad BBq seasoning.
The final result shows in the video! Incredible texture and flavor⦠Vamoooos !!
