Campfire cooking is a big part about camping in the bush and having the right equipment can make things easy for cooking up the meals that you enjoy.
The campfire equipment that i use allows me to cook the same meals that i would at home, while out in the bush.
You can cook what ever you like on the campfire, it’s only your imagination that will potentially hold you back.
I really enjoy cooking with my cast iron fry pan and cast iron camp oven. I find cooking with cast iron is so easy to use on the campfire, and there’s nothing that you cant cook in both of those pieces of cast iron campfire cooking equipment.
My old toasted sandwich maker is over 20 years old, it’s totally endless as to what you can cook on the campfire with one of those.
Billy’s how good are they. Very old school but they still work the same as any of my saucepans from my kitchen at home.
While out in the bush camping, i can cook the same meals that i do in my kitchen at home.
But i would much rather be using my camp kitchen set up any day.
