Come camping with us in beautiful Colorado! 🏕️🎣 This overnight adventure turned into a completely new experience for me when Ben caught a fish right from the creek – and we cooked it over the campfire for dinner!
Believe it or not, I had never experienced catching, cooking, and eating fresh fish over a campfire before, so this was definitely a memorable van life detour. We also cooked an amazing meal over the fire and enjoyed a simple night of tent camping surrounded by the Colorado mountains.
