It is getting harder and harder to heat and cool our houses as energy costs continue to rise. Almost everyone has this issue, but those who live in the warmer regions of the country have it the most. Due to the fact that air conditioners are renowned for their high electric consumption, trying to cool a home can be more costly than attempting to heat it.
