This is one of the Easiest and Tastiest meal preps, thereβs absolutely NO REASON for you to be eating plain chicken and rice

450 Calories | 45g Protein | 47g Carbs | 9g Fat
Ingredients
β 750g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes
β 2 tsp Oregano
β 1 tsp Garlic Powder
β 2 tsp Paprika
β 1 tsp Cumin
β 1 tsp Chilli Powder
β 1 tap Salt & Pepper
β 1 Whole Lime Juice
β 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
β 1 Medium Onion Chopped
β 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped
β 100g Black Beans (Brand: Freshona)
β 210g Washed Uncooked Basmati Rice
β 1 tsp of each seasoning used previously
β 300ml Water or chicken stock for more flavour
β Garnish with Chopped Coriander/Cilantro

Important Cooking Notes
β When you add the uncooked rice, let it toast with the spices for 1-2 mins to enhance flavours
β After adding the water, mix well then cover and simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. Stir halfway to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan
β Add the chicken and mix in with coriander
