The NEW Savage Gear VIB Blade – A Multi-Species Jack of All Trades
Savage Gear has brought out a new multi-species multi-tool, with the new VIB Blade. A new blade bait designed to let anglers target a variety of species including walleye, bass, trout, and panfish. The VIB Blade is available in two different sizes, 45 & 55, perfect for fishing from the shallows to deep water. The thin but dense profile makes for easy long casts with the VIB Blade and creates an alluring flashing action that vibrates heavily on the retrieve. The internal balance of the lure was also precisely tuned when making the VIB Blade, so that on the fall the lure glides back down off the centerline causing additional action.
“The VIB Blade is the ultimate multi-species blade bait. Almost everything that swims in freshwater eats a minnow-shaped bait, and the VIB Blade comes in the perfect sizes for targeting a variety of species,” said Adam Ott, Savage Gear Brand Manager. “The unique one-piece design and multiple line attachment points give anglers different options for various actions and retrieves, whether you’re on a river with current or on a lake with still water.”
The VIB Blade comes with three attachment points, each offering a different vibrating action to match how you fish the lure, whether bouncing on the bottom or ripping through the middle of the water column. The further back you attach the snap to the blade bait, the more vibrations and flutter in the action. These all come from the factory with ultra-sharp nickel-plated trebles and a color-coded tail flag for easier organization at a glance. These are available this month and have an MSRP of $9.99 per lure.
