Chicken sandwiches don’t get much better than this one from Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill!
I know this show is a comfort anime for a lot of people but comment some other ones!
Recipe
– bone in skin on chicken thighs
to debone them, take some kitchen scissors and carefully cut along both sides of the bone. Then with the tip of the scissors cut around the ends of the bone so you can easily cut the underside. Making sure you’re cutting as close to the bone as possible so you aren’t losing much meat.
– teriyaki sauce
– sliced tomato
– 1 onion sliced into 1/2 inch slices (pan fry to soften and bring out the sweetness
– American cheese. He used cheddar but we all know good ol Kraft singles are the best
– obligatory piece of lettuce
– drizzle of kewpie
– I used a brioche bun but whatever you have is fine
