Using a folding skillet over the campfire is a great way to cook. There are several different ways to balance your pan on the hot coals but this might be the best way. Using what is around us in nature allows us to be more self reliant in any outdoor situation. Let’s look at a folding skillet with a socket handle and see how its done.
