The weather in Australia is finally starting to cool down, so I headed into the serene bush to set up camp and get back to some proper campfire cooking. There’s nothing quite like the crackle of the flames and the familiar jingle of cast iron cookware; in the quiet of the lush forest, it really is music to my ears. Between the aroma of a hot meal, the gentle warmth of the fire, and the cool breeze weaving through the trees, it was the perfect solo escape.
