1ST DINNER POT AU FEU
Recipe :
250 Gr Pork Belly
1 Carrot
3 Potatoes
½ Cabbage
3 Sausage
5 Gr Salt
1 Ltr Water
1 Block Stock
Methods:
1. Cut the vegetables and bacon and sausages into bite-sized pieces,
2. First stir-fry the bacon then put in carrot and potatoes to the pressure cooker, add the stock cube
3. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients, cover the lid when it’s boiling, simmer over low heat and cook for 15 minutes and until the ingredients are soft then turn off the heat
4. Open the lid and add the cabbage and sausage , turn on the heat stir the soup and when the vegetables soft and boiling , add salt and taste adjust the saltiness as necessary
5. Transfer to a serving dish
