Runny Rockbird Oyakodon Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
½ Onion
200 gr Chicken Tight
20 ml Dashi Soyu
Coriander/Green Onion
Salt, Sugar For Taste
Water
Rice
Garnish : Green Onion , And Seaweed
Methods:
1. Thinny slices the onions
2. Cut the rock bird into bite size pieces, marination with salt and pepper
3. Heat the pan with 1 tbsp oil, slightly cook the meat outside when the meat turn golden set aside
4. Slightly toss the onion,
5. The eggs lightly whisk them
6. Pour dashi, soy sauce, water, mirin, and sugar in a frying pan and add the chicken
7. Let it cook for 5 minutes or until fully cooked
8. Once cooked, add only half the eggs, and cook over low heat.
9. Once the eggs solidifies, pour in the remaining eggs and turn off the heat
10. Then pour it over freshly cooked rice
11. Sprinkle some green onion
12. Sliced seaweed as a garnish
