I demonstrate a fantastic cooking technique for freezing ham in this movie. When we purchase ham, we typically not cook the entire package simultaneously or even just before it expires. However, if we freeze the remaining portion of the bundle as a whole, it freezes up, forcing us to make it after it has thawed. We typically have to put away a lot of the leftover bacon because we don’t always need to take as little bacon at once. I’ll demonstrate a clever little trick to solve this issue so you can only take as much bacon out of the freezer as you need to make it. As a result, food waste is increased by keeping the entire offer for several weeks.
