INGREDIENTS (season with your heart)
• Red potatoes — about 6 medium
• Olive oil
• Salt, pepper
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Paprika
• Fresh rosemary
• Chicken drumsticks — about 6–8 (2 per person is a great guide)
• Fresh thyme
• Frozen green beans
• Butter
• Parsley
DIRECTIONS
1. Chop red potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and fresh rosemary. Spread on one side of a sheet pan.
2. Season drumsticks with the same spices + fresh thyme. Add to the other side.
3. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
4. Toss frozen green beans with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
5. Make space in the center of the sheet pan and add the green beans. Bake 20 more minutes.
6. Finish with parsley to make it look like your life is together.
