Microwave Hacks (while meal prepping)

Oh my God, I’m these preparing my first meal of the day after fasting for nearly 24 hours! I have 800g of crimson potatoes with some ginger, adobo, , and butter on top, followed by 8oz. of ground turkey and two hands’ worth of mingled greens.
I’ll immediately have salads and some ice cream after my training.
