Oh my God, I’m these preparing my first meal of the day after fasting for nearly 24 hours! I have 800g of crimson potatoes with some ginger, adobo, olive oil, and butter on top, followed by 8oz. of ground turkey and two hands’ worth of mingled greens.
I’ll immediately have salads and some ice cream after my training.
