MEAT SAUCE SPAGHETTI WITH EXTRA MINCED MEAT!
Ingredients :
200 gr Ground Beef And Pork
100 gr Pasta
200 gr/ 1 can 17 Tomato Diced
100 gr Tomato Pasta
3 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Medium Onion Chopped
Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Ltr Consommé
¼ Tsp Oregano
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
1. Chop the onions, Heat the oil stir fry them until caramelized
2. Add the beef to the pot and sprinkle some salt and pepper, crumble into some chunks keep stir and cooked until lightly brown about 8 minutes
3. Once the meat is cooked add the chunks of tomato, tomato pasta and sauce, oregano/ Italian herbs and then add consomme, bring sauce to a boil and reduce heat and simmer undercovered for 15 minutes.
4. Adjust seasoning as needed.
5. Meanwhile in another pot Boil water and add a pinch of salt, then put the pasta cooked according to the pasta instruction. and drain well.
6. And put on the plate pour the beef sauce and sprinkle some parsley and parmesan cheese
7. Pour the beef sauce, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and served
