I love having cut up fruit in my refrigerator for easy snacking and for packing lunches.
To make sure your cut up watermelon stays crisp and fresh as long as possible, drain the extra juice often. If the watermelon is sitting in its own juice, it will get soggy and will wilt and spoil much faster.
