DIY salad dressing ratio:
1 part acid
2 parts oil
So for example, 1 cup of lemon juice and 2 Cups of olive oil
Honey soy marinade
1/2C soy sauce
1/2C honey
1/2 extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 garlic clove minced l
Pickled onions
1 medium red onion
1/2c apple cider vinegar
1/2c water
1 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Strawberry salsa
Strawberries
Cucumber
Red onions
Tomato
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2cup sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
