CAMPFIRE COOKING EPISODE 8 KARAAGE OF VARIOUS MEAT SOY SAUCE AND SALT
Ingredients:
350 gr Meat Boneless Chicken Breast, And Sirloin
2 Garlic
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sake
½ Cup All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Corn Flour
Instructions:
1. First cut into small bite – sized pieces
2. Put them in a ziplock bag, add garlic, sake and soy sauce
3. When the meat and sauce are well-blended it mariante for 30 minutes
4. Add flour and shake it
5. Cook the meat pieces deep frying them at lower temperature 160 sd 165oc
6. At this step is to cook the meat to just before fully cooked without browning the surface to much for 3 – 4 minutes, then deep fried it at 190-200oc, fry until crispy
