Today I’m making a bushcraft version of Khachapuri. I took thick blocks of Sulguni cheese, wrapped them in homemade puff pastry ribbons, and put them on skewers. Brushed with egg wash, topped with a mix of flax, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, and baked directly over the hot embers. Watch that cheese stretch!
