[ICAST 2024] New Quantum Strive Saltwater Spinning Reel

Quantum Fishing has brought out a new line of budget-conscious saltwater fishing reels to ICAST 2024 with the new Strive Spinning Reels. The Strive reels will be offered in 6 sizes (2500 – 8000) and will come with high-strength aluminum frames for every size. This stiffer aluminum frame makes sure to keep all the gearing inside the reel in perfect alignment for the life of the reel. Additionally, the body and spool of the Strive reels features Quantum’s SEALOQ technology. Making it so both are fully sealed to IPX6 standards to make sure water, salt, and grit intrusion cannot occur. The reel handle has a nice oversized power knob with rubber overmolding for grip even when wet.

The Strive Spinning Reels also come with the Quantum CFX200 Carbon Fiber Xtreme drag system, giving the reels plenty of drag power for their size, giving anglers ample fish stopping power. These reels have an MSRP that starts at $99.95 for the 2500 size and goes up to $139.95 for the largest 8000 size reel.
