I ordered catering-style teriyaki chicken and super greens from Panda Express for $60 β and got 12 legit high-protein meals out of it.
Each serving clocks in around 500 calories and 50g of protein. Thatβs $5 a meal for something that tastes good, hits your macros, and takes zero cooking.
