In this episode I’m hiking deep into the forest to escape the noise and stress of daily life . I set up a hammock with built in bug net and tarp to sleep in and build a tarp shelter to shelter from the rain while cooking delicious food on an open fire . Minted lamb and garlic chicken kebabs in nann bread all cooked on the camp fire . I spend 24 hours surrounded by a mix of huge trees and the relaxing sounds of nature all from the comfort of a gently rocking hammock. This is what real peace is and it was a great adventure into the woods .
