Garlic & Rosemary BUTTER Tomahawk STEAK & Ash Sweet Potatoes | Outdoor Cooking ASMR

πŸ”₯ Welcome to Out Cook! πŸ”₯

In this video, I’m cooking a Tomahawk steak in rosemary garlic butter completely over an open fire. No kitchen, no shortcuts β€” just fire, smoke, and simple ingredients in the middle of nature. This is real outdoor cooking.

After arriving at the location, I start by building a campfire and letting the flames slowly turn into glowing coals. While the fire grows stronger, I prepare the main star of the meal β€” a massive tomahawk steak.

I trim and prepare the steak, then place sweet potatoes directly into the hot coals to slowly bake. Meanwhile, I melt butter with fresh rosemary and garlic, creating a fragrant herb butter that will infuse the meat with flavor.

The steak slowly cooks in the rosemary garlic butter, absorbing the aroma of herbs and smoke. Once it’s ready, I move it over the open flame to give it a beautiful crust and smoky char.

To finish the moment, I pour a splash of rum over the steak, letting the fire flare and release a rich aroma over the meat.

While the steak rests, I fry eggs over the fire and prepare the meal. The sweet potatoes come out soft and smoky from the coals, perfectly complementing the juicy tomahawk.

Juicy steak, crispy crust, rosemary butter, smoky rum aroma, fire-cooked eggs, and sweet baked potatoes β€” this is outdoor cooking at its purest.
