Ingredients:

โ onions
โ enoki and shimeji mushroomsย
โ 1-2 tbsp butterย
โ 1/2 tbsp sake
โ salt and pepperย
Instructions:ย
Preheat your oven to 200ยฐC/400ยฐF. Put some oil or butter on your foil. Add some sliced onions, then your fish pieces. Add salt and pepper to each side of the fish. Add mushrooms, butter and sake. Seal the foil closed. Place on a baking grid and bake for 7-8 minutes (top and bottom heat).
