Ingredients:

β onions
β enoki and shimeji mushroomsΒ
β 1-2 tbsp butterΒ
β 1/2 tbsp sake
β salt and pepperΒ
Instructions:Β
Preheat your oven to 200Β°C/400Β°F. Put some oil or butter on your foil. Add some sliced onions, then your fish pieces. Add salt and pepper to each side of the fish. Add mushrooms, butter and sake. Seal the foil closed. Place on a baking grid and bake for 7-8 minutes (top and bottom heat).
