Filipino Style Campfire Cooking: Dinakdakan & Pork Liempo (Roast Pork Belly Recipes)

Many people familiar with Filipino cuisine might identify the dish as but there are many variations to the recipe. and Jeremiah doubled down on our pork fiesta and cooked Pork Liempo immediately afterwards.

Ingredients:
2lbs Pork Belly
8 Pig Ears (You can substitute with other pork cuts)
1 Red Onion (Chopped)
3 Serrano Peppers (Chopped)
1 Ginger (Minced)
Calamansi (Or 2 whole Lemon/Lime)
Mayonnaise (or pig brain if you get down like that)
Salt & Pepper
