Recipe:
– 1,6 cups/380ml warm water, about 90F/33C
– 4 cups/500g flour
– 3 teaspoons dry yeast or 20g fresh yeast
– 1,5 teaspoons salt
– Half a teaspoon sugar
Preheat the Dutch oven to about 430F/220C before placing in the dough.
