A capsule kitchen focuses on intentionality, foundational ingredients that are ALWAYS in stock no matter the intended meal plan, and the versatility of each tool and ingredient.
I can’t believe it took me this long to figure out cooking like this but this has to be one of the biggest reason I feel like I finally have control in the kitchen and meal time. We waste so much less food and I spend a fraction of the time shopping and planning what I’m going to feed my family!
