Campfire Cooking Step By Step with Chef Matt, RV Life isn’t just hamburgers and hot dogs. Chef Matt makes marinaded chicken, red potatoes and asparagus on an open fire.
Like most RVers Dan & I do a lot of cooking on our BBQ grill and we use our Ninja Foodi but campfire cooking is not only a great way to cook but an experience for everyone.

1. Whole chicken marinated
2. 1 bag of red skin potatoes halved or quartered ( 9-10 potatoes)
3. 1 bunch of asparagus
4. 1 roasted red bell pepper julienned
5. 2T chopped rosemary
6. 1 chopped shallot
7. 1/4c of chopped garlic
8. 2T butter
9. Salt & pepper to taste
10. 1/4 c oil
Marinade:
1C oil
1/4c soy sauce
1/4c Worcestershire
4 cloves of garlic
1 lemon halved
1/4c vinegar ( I used apple cider)
1 halved shallot
Marinade for 12-24 hours ahead of time
