In this video I go on a solo winter camping hike into the forest to look for a good spot to cook up my Chinese Steamed Bun Sandwich called a “Mean Bao” (Steak, carrots, cucumber, Sriracha, Hoisin Sauce on a Chinese Steamed Bun, YUMMMM) dinner on a camp fire and a Wonton breakfast in the morning. I found the perfect spot beside a partially frozen lake, a nice flat spot for a tent It’s been a warm year so snow has been hard to come by but the cool weather makes for a relaxing time in the woods with no bugs and cold temperatures which is perfect conditions to sit beside a campfire and cook up a good meal.
