Foil packets cooked over the campfire — except I cut the peppers and onions too thin and left the packet on the fire for too long and burned everything. 😂
Still a solid camping food, especially if you want an easy recipe. Just toss pretty much anything in there. 🤷♀️
And if you’re worried about aluminum, you can line the packet with parchment paper
