I headed out for a day in the woods and cooked up some fish and chips on the campfire. I’m from the seaside so I have a soft spot for this British classic. It was DELICIOUS! I enjoyed every mouthful. I used Basa fillet which is a lot more sustainable than cod and haddock and taste great. Cooking on the campfire gives the food a lovely smokey finish which you just can’t get at home, or indeed in the chip shop. I’m away camping with Joey d on the next video so stay tuned for that.
