Campfire Cooking – Cornish Pasties Baked in a Reflector Oven.

In this video, I am down in Cornwall to visit my buddy Ginge. Whilst there, it seemed appropriate to have a go at making some Cornish pasties – the original self contained beef and vegetable pastry snack.

It would certainly be easier to make them at home in the kitchen with all the convenient utensils and appliances, but its much more fun to make them in camp and cook them next to the camp fire in a reflector oven.

I hope you enjoy the video,

Thanks for watching.
