“Bushcraft” Breakfast | Campfire Cooking | Vintage Military “Half Shelter” Pup Tent | Homemade Gear

Thanks for checking out my video. Today I will make “Bush Coffee” and use the skillet holder I forged in my blacksmith shop to cook my steak and egg campfire “bushcraft style” breakfast.

Many of the things I use are made by me. I carved the kuksa and spoon, I forged the skillet holder and I sewed the waxed canvas ground cloth. I modified an “Old Hickory” boning knife by reshaping the blade and handle to look similar to a canteen mess kit knife, and added micarta scales to it.

The hatchet was an old carpenter’s “half hatchet” that I cut down and reshaped to resemble a woodsman’s tomahawk.

Thanks for hanging out with me a while. If you like this type of video will you consider giving it a “thumbs up” and subscribing to my channel? I sure would appreciate it.
