The bug-in / bug-out argument has been brought up a few times in the prepping and survival communities. Nowadays, the majority of people believe that staying in is preferable to leaving. Let me just say that I generally agree with that assessment without getting into the whole conversation. We all need a strong spider out plan because, as we all know, there are always instances.
