In this episode we review the campfire cooking stand with swinging grill, by Bruntmor. Overall, I like this cooking stand. It is so easy and quick to setup. I wasn’t sure how well cooking on the swinging grate was going to work. The first time we used it, we cooked in a pan that was on the grate. The second time, we cooked the steaks directly on the grate. The lip around the grate keeps things from sliding off, so that’s helpful. It’s nice to be able to easily adjust the height of the grate with the chains. As long as you pay attention and don’t drastically change the height, you probably won’t end up with supper in the fire. I really like that you can slide the grate down the stand so that it isn’t over the fire. Makes it easy to tend to the fire if you need to, without losing supper.

BRUNTMOR CAMPFIRE COOKING STAND & SWINGING GRATE SPECS
* The campfire stand is 34″ (86.4 cm) long and 34″ (86.4 cm) high.
* The set comes with a zippered bag to hold all of the parts.
* The bag is 36″ long x 11.5″ high x 4″ wide (91.4 x 29.2 x 10.2 cm).
* The entire set with the bag weighs 25.4 pounds (11.5 kg).
* The swinging grill measures 16″ x 11″ (40.6 x 27.9 cm) and comes with two lengths of chain attached, that are each 20″ (51 cm) long.
* The chains on the swinging grate make it easy to adjust its height.
* Two sets of the tools and hooks are included. There are 2 dutch oven lid lifters and two of another tool that looks like it would work well for moving the grill.
* Five different length hooks are included:
