– Seasoning mix:
– Salt, pepper, garlic powder
– 1/2 Bens ready rice Coconut Jasmine
– 1 cup Broccoli
Macro split:
– 620 cals w/ avocado, 509 cals w/o avocado
– 69g carbs
– 12g fat
– 41g protein
* If you want to make it less calories, don’t do the bens ready rice, and replace the beef with lean turkey!
