– Dijon mustard (super small bottle) – $3 CAD or $2.17 USD

Recipe
The beef I chose to use was heavily discounted at the butcher. It’s scraps and not the highest quality; it’s more like stewing beef. However, with the right marinade, it can be super tender.
1. Add your cubed beef to a bowl.
2. Slice your red onion into thin strands and add them to the bowl.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and 2 heaping tablespoons of chili powder.
4. Add Worcestershire sauce to cover, then add an equal amount of balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
5. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Make Tzatziki Slaw
1. Combine the coleslaw mix and tzatziki sauce to taste. Use as little or as much as you like (I added a lot).
Cooking and Assembly
1. The meat is best grilled over a direct heat source like a campfire or charcoal, but it can be just as good on the BBQ. Cook until brown bits start to form a crust.
2. Assemble the wraps:
– Spread hummus on the pita bread.
– Add the grilled meat and slaw.
– Wrap the pita, then put it on the grill to toast.
