Ingredients:
2lbs
8 Pig Ears (You can substitute with other pork cuts)
1 Red Onion (Chopped)
3 Serrano Peppers (Chopped)
1 Ginger (Minced)
Calamansi (Or 2 whole Lemon/Lime)
Mayonnaise (or pig brain if you get down like that)
Salt & Pepper
