Delicious Dutch oven Osso Buco cooked by the campfire!

Recipe:
– 4 lbs/1,8kg veal shanks
– 2-3 big carrots
– 2-3 parsnips
– 2 onions
– 5 garlic cloves
– 2 celery stalks
– 0,5 lbs/200g mushrooms
– 1-2 chilies
– Flour to cover the veal shanks
– 1 cup/250ml red wine
– Fresh rosemary
– Fresh thyme
– Oil to sear the veal shanks
– 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
– 2-3 bay leaves
– Water, about 2 cups
– 1 beef or chicken stock cube
– Salt and pepper
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Sear the veal shanks on high heat and saute the vegetables on medium heat.
Simmer on low heat for minimum 3 hours.
