PANCAKE MIX RECIPE:
Dry:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tbs baking powder
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
Wet:
1 stick melted butter
2 cups milk
2 eggs
~ Combine dry ingredients and store in an airtight container. Combine wet ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to make the pancakes, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix, lumps are okay 🙂 Cook as usual and enjoy!
